This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelexa (“Pixelexa”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pixelexa.com or contact us. We are based in Türkiye and process personal data in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). When we work with clients in the United Arab Emirates, we also respect the principles of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) where it applies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin). Please do not include this type of information in forms or messages.
Our website currently does not use analytics or advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Choices you make in our price calculators are calculated in your browser only and are never sent to us.

Where none of these bases applies, for example for marketing emails, we will only process your data with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only where necessary with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as web hosting (Hostinger), email and form security (Google reCAPTCHA),
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers,
- Authorities where required by law.
Because we are based in Türkiye and some of our providers operate servers in other countries, your data may be transferred outside the UAE and outside Türkiye. We only do so with appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 2 years at the latest; contract and invoice records are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law (generally 10 years). After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- Find out whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it,
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data,
- Ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing,
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests,

- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
